1. Herbarium Specimen Loan Returns
All physical voucher specimen loans granted to accredited university faculties and botanical researchers are governed by strict return requirements:
- Standard Loan Duration: Research loans are granted for twelve (12) calendar months, renewable upon formal written request to Dr. Maya Hawthorne, Senior Curator.
- Packaging & Transit: Specimens must be returned in their original acid-free archival mounts and rigid protective packaging via tracked, insured carriers.
- Taxonomic Annotation Slips: Returning specimens must include signed, dated taxonomic determination slips reflecting any published analytical findings.
2. Damaged Academic Publication Replacements
If physical monograph volumes or laboratory compendiums arrive with carrier-induced damage, notify our Secretariat within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. A replacement volume will be dispatched upon photographic verification of damage.
